What was the highlight of Hotell Fyrislund
Nice, comfortable, and value for money.
The staff was really nice and helped us with everything. The rooms were cosy and the beds were pretty comfortable, even the rollaway bed, which was surprisingly good. The breakfast was nice.
Although the room service was going to come after the end of our stay (which was stated in the bathroom), it would be nice to have bigger trash can, or some place to get rid of the trash.

a good base for our visit busy with trade and business people as well as families .,
the breakfast was very good with a nice selection, pleasant dining area. there was a common kitchen where you could prepare food and drinks.
there was no cleaning or change of towels during our 3 night stay.

What was the highlight of Hotell Fyrislund
Pleasant
The room was compact but perfect for a couple of nights, with a lovely comfy bed and the shower was excellent. We had an issue with the key card to get back in at night and subsequently were locked out for around an hour until someone from the hotel came to let us in, as the hotel is not manned at night or past 11ish at night. This was highly stressful as my medications, which are time-specific, were in the room, and I suffered due to not being able to gain entry. We were actually booked to stay for three nights, but due to the issue with the door and being locked out, we left a day early and booked in somewhere else, as we didn't want to chance being locked out again. The morning we left, there was no reception staff to help us discuss a refund for the night we were going to miss despite us leaving around 8 a.m. and during the breakfast sitting. The waitress told me to leave my details and room number and that she would get someone to contact us, but they never did.
